MOM & ME GYMNASTICS: This 45 minute class is designed for ages 20 months – 3 years old. Parents participate with their child as he or she begins to understand basic motor skills. We focus on balance, strength, coordination, and having fun! These tiny gymnasts learn basic gymnastics skills on bars, beam, floor, and trampoline.

RECREATIONAL CO-ED GYMNASTICS: Classes are geared towards learning and perfecting skills on the four main olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor, as well as trampoline. Classes are offered in a range of levels:

Pre-school (ages 3-4)
*Home School (ages 5 and up)
Young Beginner (ages 5-7)
Beginner (ages 6 and up)
Older Beginner (ages 8 and up)
*Intermediate (ages 6 and up)
*Advanced (ages 6 and up)

(*This level is based more on skill than age)

RECREATIONAL BOYS GYMNASTICS: Classes focus on the men’s apparatus: parallel bars, high bar, rings, and floor, as well as trampoline. Classes are offered in three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Level of entry is based on skill rather than age.

TUMBLING: These classes focus on skills on floor and trampoline. Tumbling is highly recommended for cheerleaders, future cheerleaders, and dancers! Classes are offered in three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Students must have a round off backhandspring to be in an Advanced tumbling class. Level of entry is based on skill rather than age.

MIGHTY MITES & TINY TUMBLERS: These classes are designed for the advanced preschooler/young beginner. They focus on levels 1 and 2 skills and work on perfecting the skills and techniques that will prepare them for the more advanced team levels. Mighty mights will compete level 1 at our annual meet hosted at the gym in April or May of each year. Tiny Tumblers are required to compete level 2 at four meets per year along with our annual meet. Coaches will approach parents of a driven young student to let them know that they may have a potential team gymnast.
HOT SHOTS: Classes are by coach recommendation only and are designed to prepare the student for our advanced team. Hot Shots are required to practice 4 hours per week and compete level 3 at five meets per year including our annual meet. Pre-team is required to practice 6 hours per week and compete level 4 at four meets per year along with our annual meet. Training is more intense than recreational class. Classes focus on strength, conditioning, and flexibility in addition to the four main women’s apparatus: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor.
TEAM: Team is for the serious competitor only. Class time is focused on strengthening the gymnast and preparing her for competition. Team members are required to compete at the USAG level. Practice is intensive. Students compete on the four main women’s apparatus and must attend a minimum of 9 to 12 hours per week.
CHEERLEADING: Cheer classes focus on cheer technique, jumps, builds, cheers, chants, and more! Classes do not focus on tumbling, thus tumbling is recommended in addition to cheer technique class. Cheer squads may call for special times and group rates!
